Transportation Options
Waikiki Pick-Up
Hotel pick-up is available from 7 convenient pick-up points in Waikiki with departure times ranging from 3:55-4:40 pm depending on your departure location. The exact departure time and location will be provided to you with your ticket confirmation. Motor coaches return to their original departure points. Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you require an ADA lift bus, only available for guests in wheelchairs.
Please arrive at your pickup location at least 10 min. prior to the scheduled departure time. Buses are unable to wait for late arriving guests. Look for a GREEN “Roberts” motor coach. If you miss your bus, you will be required to find your own way to the luau. Return transportation to Waikiki will still be provided. Rescheduling to another date is an option subject to availability, however cancelling is not an option. For same-day transportation questions, please call 808-664-0448.
There is limited space on our motor coaches. Once full you will need to arrange your own transportation, presumably by Uber/Lyft or taxi. Cost per guest for motor coach transportation is $40.50.
If you purchased our motor coach transportation option with your ticket, here’s how to find your exact assigned pick-up time and location:
- 3:55 PM – Piers 2 & 10, outside the double doors
- 3:55 PM – Ala Moana Hotel, outside on Mahukona Street, not the valet area
- 4:00 PM – Prince Waikiki, harbor side, outside of valet area
- 4:10 PM – Ka La’i Waikiki Beach , Saratoga Avenue, outside by the valet area
- 4:15 PM – Romer Waikiki at the Ambassador, outside on Namahana Street
- 4:20 PM – Ross Dress for Less, 333 Seaside Avenue
- 4:30 PM – Hyatt Regency, along Koa Avenue, under the green awning
- 4:40 PM – Waikiki Beach Marriott, on Paoakalani Avenue, tour lobby. Guests must wait outside.
Driving on your own
Check-in begins at 5:30 pm. Luau ends at about 8:15 pm.
Chief’s Luau is located in a private area within Wet’n’Wild Hawaii. We share their parking lot. We don’t recommend using Google & Apple Maps — they are leading people astray. Instead follow these directions:
- From Waikiki, find your way to H-1 West
- Exit 1E Farrington Hwy
- Make a right at the traffic light
- Make a right into the parking lot
Parking is $11.00 (cash and credit cards accepted)
